Assistenz für Leitung Produktion (m/w/d)

Als Produktionsassistenz unterstützt du den *Head of Nacelle Production Germany* bei der Planung, Organisation und Dokumentation produktionsnaher Abläufe. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Produktionsmanagement und verschiedenen Schnittstellen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass administrative Prozesse zuverlässig und strukturiert laufen.

## DEINE AUFGABEN

• Du übernimmst produktionsnahe Administration wie Anfragen, Berichte und Zuarbeiten für die Kapazitätsplanung
• Du organisierst Trainings inklusive Raumkoordination, Bestellanforderungen sowie Abstimmung mit Teilnehmenden und Fachbereichen
• Du betreust das Mietkleidungskonzept und stimmst dich dazu mit Einkauf und Betriebsrat ab
• Du bestellst Spezialwerkzeuge für die Produktion und koordinierst Bedarfe mit technischen Teams
• Du erstellst Protokolle, unterstützt die Moderation und pflegst relevante Sitzungsunterlagen
• Du bereitest Dokumente und Berichte für das Produktionsmanagement vor
• Du koordinierst Reiseplanungen für das Produktionsmanagementteam
• Du unterstützt den Zeiterfassungsprozess und sorgst für eine verlässliche Abstimmung im Team

## DEIN PROFIL

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Erfahrung im administrativen oder produktionsnahen Umfeld
• Sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Erfahrung in administrativen Abläufen sowie sicherer Umgang mit Dokumentation
• Klare und verlässliche Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Schnittstellen
• Teamorientiertes Arbeiten und Bereitschaft, Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern
• Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Freude an koordinativen Aufgaben
• erwartet werden anwendungsbereite Englischkenntnisse
