Data Engineer (m/f/d)

**Your Responsibilities:** - **Design, develop, and implement data products on Snowflake**, from concept to production - Build and operate scalable **Snowflake-based data pipelines** for analytics and AI use cases - Develop and optimize data models and transformations using **SQL**, **Snowflake features**, **and ELT frameworks** - Act as a **consulting partner** for business units, translating business and analytical requirements into data product designs - Collaborate closely with **business stakeholders**, **data scientists**, **and AI engineers** across domains - Ensure data quality, performance, security, and compliance in line with governance standards - Support the full lifecycle of data products, including monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement - Contribute to data architecture standards, best practices, and documentation **Your Profile:** - Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable qualification - **3–5 years of professional experience** in data engineering or a related role - Proven hands-on experience with **Snowflake**, ideally in building **data products** - Strong skills in **SQL** and **Python**; experience with Coalesce or similar tools is a plus - Experience in **consultative roles** with close interaction with business stakeholders - Experience in Project Management - Ability to structure requirements and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences - Structured, ownership-driven, and solution-oriented working style - Very good English skills, German is an advantage
