During the program, you will rotate through various departments and take on projects independently. We will assign a Senior Manager as your mentor to guide and support your development. From day one, you will also be part of BI DISCOVER, our cross-functional trainee community. Along with your fellow trainees you will participate in training sessions (such as negotiation and change management), leadership talks, and much more. We value your initiative and look forward to your contributions. This position is limited for 2 years. What We Offer You:

• You will get to know at least 4 different areas and locations within 2 years.
• You will work on innovative projects while gaining hands-on operational experience across our value stream—taking on responsibility from the very beginning.
• You will experience diverse cultures and boost your intercultural skills with an exciting placement opportunity abroad - subject to alignment with project needs and role objectives.
• You can expand your network and broaden your competencies by working on cross-departmental projects with other trainees.
• A mentor will provide advice and guidance throughout the entire trainee program.
• You will participate in various training sessions and seminars.

What We Are Looking For:

• You are interested to grow and eager to build broad experiences across diverse functions to actively shape and prepare your individual career journey.
• You have an outstanding Master's or Diploma degree, or a PhD with initial professional experience
• Your background is in the fields of Biology, (Bio-)Chemistry, (Bio-)Pharmacy, (Bio-)Informatics, Biotechnology, Medicine, Business Studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Science or Legal, Industrial Engineering or comparable Natural/Engineering Sciences
• You already have international experience through a stay abroad for several months.
• You have an analytical mind-set, curiosity and a strong drive with the ability to take ownership of assignments
• You have strong team and communication skills, eagerness to learn and a certain drive to make things happen.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required, intermediate German skills should be in place, with readiness to advance quickly.
• Flexible and curious to get insights in other Boehringer Ingelheim locations within Germany and abroad
