Requirements: - Proven hands-on experience operating and improving cloud infrastructure on AWS (e.g., EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).

• Demonstrated expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies (modular design, environments, pipelines).
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, observability, automation, release management).
• Administration experience across Microsoft 365 (tenant-level administration, user and license lifecycle, groups/roles, feature enablement, integrations).
• Practical experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence (workflow design, standards/governance, cross-team enablement).
• Ability to work autonomously, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus:

• Knowledge of security frameworks and controls (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and cloud hardening practices.

• Design, provision, and operate infrastructure via Terraform; establish reusable modules and standards.
