The Regional Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the regional activation of Megger’s marketing strategy, ensuring that marketing activities contribute to commercial funnel generation, brand visibility, and regional marketing KPIs in line with agreed strategy and budgets.
The role focuses on four core areas of regional marketing execution.
*Megger offices are located in Aachen and in Baunach (Upper Franconia). A hybrid working arrangement may be agreed with the selected candidate, depending on business needs and mutual agreement.
End-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of regional events aligned with Megger’s marketing strategy and commercial priorities.
This includes:
Responsibilities include end to end event planning, coordination with internal stakeholders and partners,
management of event KPIs, and post-event reporting to ensure activities contribute to lead generation
and opportunity funnel.
Generation, activation, and monitoring of marketing activities executed jointly with channel partners and distributors.
These partner marketing initiatives may include:
Other partner marketing initiatives agreed within co-op programmes
The role ensures partner activities align with regional strategy and channel needs, acting as a liaison with
partners and distributors while monitoring performance and results to reach Megger business needs.
Localization and activation of central marketing campaigns within the region, as well as development and execution of targeted regional initiatives when required.
This includes:
Campaign activities may include newsletters, case studies, website updates, videos, market research
initiatives, and other activities designed to increase brand awareness, reach, and relevance within the
region.
The role contributes to the delivery of regional marketing KPIs by:
Digital marketing infrastructure, website management, and social media channel management are handled by a central marketing team and not regionally. Regional Marketing Managers may provide regional inputs or content where required; however, publishing, channel management, and performance tracking of digital platforms remain the responsibility of the central team.
The role therefore focuses on regional activation, partner engagement, and event execution, rather than central marketing production or digital platform management.
