Aufgaben

Manage and administer multiple small and medium-sized contracts across the full contract lifecycle (from tendering and award through execution and close-out). Track contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, and performance metrics across numerous parallel work packages. Support procurement and tender processes for EPC and O&M related packages, including preparation of bid documentation, commercial evaluation, and contract award recommendations. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and amendments (e.g., EPC sub-packages, supply agreements, logistics contracts, spare parts agreements, service contracts). Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, logistics, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment between contractual commitments and operational execution. Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including liability exposure, performance guarantees, liquidated damages, and compliance requirements. Manage variations, change orders, claims, and extensions of time (EOT), ensuring proper documentation and commercial assessment. Maintain structured contract tracking tools (contract registers, obligation trackers, risk logs) to ensure transparency across multiple ongoing packages. Support spare parts procurement, logistics coordination, and supplier management in operational or offshore environments, where applicable. Contribute to commercial strategy by ensuring that contractual structures support project profitability and risk mitigation.

Profil

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3–7 years of professional experience in: EPC project environments (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), or Procurement / contracts management of technical packages, or Spare parts / logistics contract management in offshore wind, energy infrastructure, or comparable sectors. Proven experience managing and tracking multiple small and medium-sized contracts simultaneously. Hands-on experience in procurement processes, contract drafting, and negotiation of technical supply or service agreements. Solid understanding of EPC structures, contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC), and supplier management in infrastructure or energy projects Experience in offshore wind, LNG, energy infrastructure, or comparable asset-heavy environments is highly desirable. Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify contractual risks and mitigation measures. Highly structured working style with the ability to maintain oversight across many parallel contract packages. Excellent communication skills and ability to interface between technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders. Fluent in English (German is a strong plus)
