You'll own the onboarding journey for new veterinary customers from kick-off through to go-live, delivering both remote and onsite training across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that requires fluency in German, strong organisation, adaptability, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects at once!

Your key responsibilities include:

Manage implementation projects end to end, from initial scoping through to go-live Deliver remote and onsite training to veterinary professionals across the DACH region Configure and customise Provet to each customer's clinical workflows Advise customers on best practice and efficient use of the software Build strong relationships with stakeholders across independent practices, mid-market groups, and large enterprise accounts Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing SaaS company. Based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) Experience in project or change management, ideally within a SaaS or software environment Comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation where priorities shift and adaptability matters Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Highly organised with strong attention to detail The work is remote but willingness to occasionally travel within the DACH region for onsite client visits is required Bonus point - Veterinary background or experience working with veterinary professionals is a strong advantage At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently.
