Upstream Marketing - Strategy & Portfolio Leadership -Drive product and portfolio strategy development -Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis -Define value propositions, positioning, and pricing strategy -Contribute to business cases and long-term growth planning -Collaborate closely with R&D, Regulatory, and Global Marketing -Downstream Marketing - Commercial Execution & Growth -Develop and implement go-to-market and launch strategies -Create sales enablement tools and marketing materials -Support sales teams with training and market insights -Lead campaign execution and performance tracking -Monitor KPIs and derive actionable growth initiatives
Anforderungsprofil
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field -Proven experience within the MedTech or broader Healthcare industry -Background in Upstream, Downstream, or full lifecycle product marketing -Strong analytical mindset combined with commercial acumen -Experience working in international, matrix-driven organizations -Fluent in English (German is a plus, depending on market scope)
